About Quality Education Fund

The Quality Education Fund (QEF), established by the Hong Kong government in 1998, aims to support schools and educational institutions in implementing innovative educational projects to enhance teaching quality and promote holistic student development. QEF-funded initiatives include curriculum development, teacher training, school-based development programs, and the application of educational technology, with a particular emphasis on promoting STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). By funding innovative teaching methods and resources, QEF encourages schools to explore interdisciplinary learning, fostering students’ creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, thereby invigorating education in Hong Kong.

Consultation and Planning

Arrange for a professional team to visit the school to discuss the project, conduct analysis and evaluation, and plan and design a customized QEF proposal based on the school’s circumstances and requirements.

Program Implementation

Following the agreed-upon design, our team will be fully involved throughout the project, overseeing the entire process to ensure timely progress and high-quality outcomes.

Project Plan and Budget

Draft a project proposal for the school, including detailed plans and budget, enabling the school to submit the application early for a faster and smoother approval process. We also assist in addressing any queries that arise during the approval stage.

Support Services

Provide comprehensive support services, including follow-up and assistance in resolving issues related to construction, equipment and software usage, and curriculum integration.

One-Stop Fund Application Assistance
