Professional Training, Mutual Growth Through Teaching
All instructors undergo professional STEAM teaching training, completing no less than 36 hours of training and practicum. We also regularly offer various educational and STEAM knowledge training courses for our instructors to attend, encouraging mutual growth through teaching.

Mutual Learning
Instructors also learn during the training process, becoming students themselves, which enables them to better understand students’ needs even as educators.

Continuous Professional Development
Our training not only helps instructors enhance their professional skills but also encourages them to reflect on and improve their teaching methods while learning new knowledge, fostering continuous growth.

Mutual Inspiration
During teaching, instructors draw inspiration from their peers’ questions and perspectives. This interaction not only facilitates knowledge exchange but also sparks innovative thinking, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.

A Culture of Lifelong Learning
Creativity stems from life. When students enjoy what they learn, they become motivated to engage actively. Wanting to express their care, students apply the technology they’ve learned to create gifts for their families, gaining a sense of fulfillment from their family’s appreciation. Creativity can be simple and deeply personal.
